Ingredients

These  delightful little WW crab cakes are only 1 myWW Points each! Say  what…yes..1 point! The dipping sauce is zero points! This is what I call  a very healthy and guilt-free appetizer or main dish. Plus if you like crab meat as much as I do these are a definite treat!

ONLY 1 FREESTYLE SMARTPOINT

STEP ONE: MIX INGREDIENTS Start  off by draining the lump crab meat.  Be sure to pick through the crab  meat for any stray crab shells! Those are NO fun to swallow!! Grab  a large bowl and add the drained crab meat, minced garlic, Dijon  mustard, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Mix these  ingredients together so they are well combined. STEP TWO: CHILL Cover  your large bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30  minutes. This step will make the rest of the process easier!

STEP THREE: MAKE CAKES Once the crab cake mixture is done chilling, remove it from the refrigerator. Form the mixture into 6 equal patties. Each patty will be about 1/4 cup of the mixture. STEP FOUR: MAKE DIPPING SAUCE While the crab mixture is chilling it is a great time to whip up the dipping sauce. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and use a whisk to mix well.

STEP FIVE: COOK CAKES Take  a nonstick skillet and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Turn the  burner on to medium heat. Place the crab cakes into the skillet and cook  for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked  through. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
