Weight Watchers Pina Colada Popsicles are so flavorful and delicious, you won't remember that they are healthy. Do you love the flavor of pina colada as much as I do? It really says summer to me and it is a taste I don't want to give up in order to lose weight. The good news is that on Weight Watchers you don't have to give anything up…just have to count it.

Weight Watchers Pina Colada Popsicles
When I first saw this Skinny Pina Colada Popsicle recipe over on Community Table I knew it would be easy to adapt it to make it even more Weight Watchers Friendly.
I love how easy it can be to modify recipes to make them healthier and to save points. Yippee!
One big change I made was to swap out the white sugar for a no-calorie sweetener. I used Pyure in this Weight Watchers Pina Colada Popsicles recipe. It is a blend of Organic Stevia and Organic Erythritol and tastes very close to the real thing without the calories.

How to Make Weight Watchers Pina Colada Popsicles
If you don't have pineapple chunks then you will need to cut the pineapple into chunks.
Puree the pineapple along with the pineapple juice in a blender with the Pyure, light coconut milk, and coconut extract
until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. It took mine about 4 hours to get totally frozen.
Be sure to use the full-size popsicle molds in order to get 6 popsicles. If you use smaller molds then you can make more popsicles!

Stay on Track
I have figured how out to fail on Weight Watchers after many, many failures. Since I am trying to beat my record of failing….it really helps to keep things on hand like these popsicles.
If I can grab one of these instead of a cookie or piece of cake, then I am doing great! These popsicles are only 1 point each on the blue, green, and purple myWW Plans.
One the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 3 points per popsicle.
What things do you do to stay on track? Do you like to meal plan each weekend?
