HOW TO MAKE WEIGHT WATCHERS ZUCCHINI PIZZA APPETIZERS
If you are teaching your children basic kitchen skills this is an easy recipe to have them help you make. Weight Watchers Zucchini Pizza Appetizers are simple but delicious.
STEP ONE: CUT ZUCCHINI
The first step is to slice each zucchini into 8 even slices. I like to leave the peel on the zucchini, but you can peel them if you prefer.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet.
STEP TWO: ADD TOPPINGS
Now spoon 1/2 tablespoon of pizza sauce on top of each zucchini slice.
Place one turkey pepperoni on top of each slice.
Then add about 1/2 tablespoon of low-fat mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
STEP THREE: BAKE
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni is nice and crispy.
WW POINTS
If you are following the WW program this is a great appetizer to take to parties.
This recipe is set to serve 4 people. One serving is 4 slices.
Each serving is 2 points on all three plans: blue, green and purple.

These four ingredient Weight Watchers Zucchini Pizza Appetizers are delicious and very quick to make.
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/2 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 16 slices Turkey Pepperoni low fat

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut each zucchini into 8 even slices and place on a baking sheet.

Spoon 1/2 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each slice and top with 1/2 tablespoon of cheese and a slice of turkey pepperoni.

Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is nice and crispy.
Weight Watchers points: 2 points per serving for blue, green and purple plans.
There should be 16 slices. One serving is 4 slices.
On the current WeightWatchers Program (2023) it is 2 points per serving.
