  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash your potatoes and cut into bite size pieces.
  3. In a large bowl combine potatoes, ranch dressing, 1 cup cheese, parsley and real bacon bits. Stir around until potatoes are evenly covered.
  4. Lightly grease or spray with nonstick cooking spray a 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Spoon potato mixture into baking dish. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cup of cheese over the top. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Recipe Notes

You can use new potatoes in this dish also. You could substitute dried rosemary in place of parsley. You can use any kind of shredded cheese...mild cheddar, colby jack, sharp cheddar, etc.
