No Bake Energy Bars
A quick, easy and delicious snack that is packed full of protein!

cup
honey
or can use molasses

1/2
cup
peanut butter
or almond butter, cashew butter

cup
Nonfat Instant Dry Milk

cup
raisins
or other dried fruit or chocolate chips

1/2
cup
shredded coconut
optional

Mix honey, peanut butter and raisins together.

Add in dry milk a little at a time to form a stiff, but not crumbly dough. You may not need all the dry milk.

Shape into bars, a log or any form desired.

Roll in coconut optional.

Chill.

Keep refrigerated.
