5 Ingredient Granola Bars are a snap to make and delicious to eat! These homemade granola bars are easy to customize for food allergies and preferences!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix oats, peanut butter, honey and brown sugar  in a large bowl until well mixed. Hand mix or mixer is fine.

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips or other add-in.

  5. Press granola mixture into baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares or rectangles.
  8. Store in an airtight container.

Recipe Notes

You can substitute a stick of softened butter for the peanut butter. It is also possible to substitute another nut butter.
You can substitute raisins, dried fruit, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds or mini M&M's for the chocolate chips.
