Ingredients

  • 24 ounce egg noodles frozen
  • 64 ounces beef broth
  • 2 cups cooked pot roast shredded or cut up into small chunks (can add more than 2 cups if desired)
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring beef broth and diced pot roast to a boil in a large saucepan.

  2. Add your frozen egg noodles and cook according to package instructions for the egg noodles.

  3. Once the egg noodles are cooked you are set!
  4. You can add salt and pepper to taste if you prefer.

Recipe Notes

This is kind of soupy when initially cooked. We like it soupy, but if you want to let it sit for a little bit it will thicken up.
