Ingredients

For the Dough

For the filling

  • 6 eggs eggs scrambled
  • 6 oz Jennie-O turkey sausage
  • 1 cup fat-free shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Make the dough by kneading together flour and yogurt. You can knead the dough by hand or using the dough hook attachment of your stand mixer.
  2. Add in garlic powder if you’d like, but don’t use garlic salt as the dough tends to taste salty on its own.
  3. If you find the dough is sticky, add another tablespoon or so of flour but don’t overdo it as you will add points.
  4. Divide the dough into fourths and roll out into circles.
  5. Scramble eggs and sausage together.
  6. Add ¼ of the mixture to each of your rolled out circles.
  7. Top with ¼ cup fat-free shredded cheese.
  8. Brush the top of each breakfast pocket with an egg wash.
  9. If you have an Air Fryer, cook for about 6 minutes each side, at 375.
  10. If you’re baking in the oven, bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Your oven temperature and times may vary. Serve hot.

Recipe Notes

This makes 4 breakfast pockets and each pocket is 5.75 freestyle smartpoints.

On the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 6 points per serving. A serving is one breakfast pocket.

Please note that the nutrition facts are very generic and not representative of the brands I used in this recipe that lowered the calories significantly.
