Ingredients

  • ounces fat free frozen whipped topping thawed
  • package sugar free instant vanilla pudding 3.4 ounces
  • 1 1/2  cups  chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2  cups  raspberries
  • 1 1/2  cups  blueberries

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruit.
  2. Cut up the strawberries.
  3. In a medium-size bowl, mix the fruit with the pudding powder.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
  6. Serve with reduced-fat vanilla wafers, pretzels or eat plain.

Serves 10 with ½ cup servings of dip.
