Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into chunks if you don't have diced pineapple available.
  2. Puree the pineapple along with the juice in a blender with the Pyure, light coconut milk, coconut extract, until smooth.
  3. Pour into full size popsicle molds and freeze.

This recipe has a TOTAL of 4 Freestyle SmartPoints. Making 6 popsicles comes out to 1 point each.   

Be sure to figure out the recipe based on the ingredients YOU use! The only items that have points are the pineapple juice and the lite coconut milk. I used SO Delicious Organic Lite Coconut Milk Beverage. It has 70 calories per cup. You may use a coconut milk with less.  Don't use the canned coconut milk.
