Weight Watchers Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Weight Watchers Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a delicious and low point side dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal and fancy enough for a holiday table!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the fresh brussels sprouts in half and place in the large freezer bag.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoons of olive oil into the freezer bag, seal and shake to coat.

  4. Pour the brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet and season with salt & pepper to taste.

  5. Bake 10-15 minutes and then turn and stir.

  6. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until they are done to your liking! 

  7. Remove from oven and garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese (optional).

Recipe Notes

Without the Parmsean cheese this is 1 Freestyle SmartPoint per 4 ounce serving. With the Parmesan cheese it is 3 Freestyle SmartPoints per 4 ounce serving. 

If you add more than 1 tablespoon of olive oil be sure to add the points!
