These Weight Watchers Pumpkin Cookies are delicious and low in points!
Preheat oven to 350 F and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
In another large bowl, mix together both sugars, molasses, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and put cookies on a wire rack to cool.
