Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate large bowl, mix together both sugar, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. Add rolled oats and the dry flour mix to the wet ingredients and fold it in.

  5. Add the chocolate chips and mix it in.
  6. Using a small cookie scoop, drop the cookie batter onto the prepared cookie sheet. Flatten the tops with your fingers. Add a couple of mini chocolate chips on the top to make them pretty if desired.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool.

  8. Store in an airtight container on the counter.

Recipe Notes

The amount of sugar will depend on the ripeness and sweetness of your bananas. Since its an egg free recipe, taste the cookie dough and add more sugar if needed.

Be sure to count any extra sugar or chocolate chips added for Weight Watchers.

This recipe should make 20 cookies. Each cookie is 3 Points for Blue & Green plans and 2 Points for Purple plan.

On the current WeightWatchers Program (2023) it is 3 points per cookie.
