These Weight Watchers Pancakes actually taste great and are low in points.
Mash the bananas in a medium bowl.
Add the egg whites to the mashed banana and stir. Add the milk, vanilla, and yogurt and mix until incorporated.
Add the cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla and stir.
Pour ¼ cup batter onto a hot skillet or griddle and cook for 40 seconds or until small bubbles form on top. Flip and cook until golden brown.
It is important to use really ripe bananas to sweeten the pancakes.
Feel free to add ingredients to the batter like blueberries, shredded apple, lemon zest, etc.
Top with fresh fruit, sugar-free syrup or even peanut butter. Be sure to count points for any toppings you use.
