Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen blueberries partially thawed
  • ½ cup water
  • 16 ounces lite whipped topping thawed (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend the partially thawed frozen blueberries and water until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and mix in whipped topping until smooth.
  2. Mix in ¾ of the blueberries and then pour the mixture into a glass bread pan. (Optional step, line the pan with foil in order to be able to lift the dessert out of the pan.)
  3. Sprinkle the remaining fresh blueberries over the top of the mixture. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight before removing from pan or slicing dessert in the pan.

Recipe Notes

Use a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan for this recipe. Slice the dessert into 9 one-inch slices. Serving is one slice.

This is 6 myWW points for all three plans: green, blue and purple.
