Air Fryer Carrot Chips are quick and easy to make and a very nutritious snack.
Start off by washing, peeling and cutting the carrots into even slices if you didn't buy presliced carrots.
Put the carrots into a bowl and lightly spray them with olive oil spray. Sprinkle the season salt and toss to coat the carrots evenly.
Add the carrot chips in an even layer. Try not to overcrowd the basket so the carrots cook more evenly. You may have to cook the carrots in batches depending on how big your air fryer is.
Air fry at 390°F for 6 minutes and then shake the basket. Spray a little more olive oil spray if desired. Continue cooking for an additional 3-6 minutes depending on how done you like your carrots.
