Quick and Easy Air Fryer Roasted Vegetables Recipe

This air fryer roasted vegetables are delicious and very nutritious! You won't have a hard time feeding the kids veggies with this easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Brussels sprouts
  • 1 pc Sweet potatoes you can use potatoes
  • 2 Cups Baby Onions
  • 1 Cup Broсcoli
  • 2 pc Carrots
  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Mix in the small bowl oil garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the sweet potato into cubes and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Divide the Brussels sprouts in half and send to the bowl.
  4. Add onions and carrots.
  5. Send spices to vegetables.
  6. Transfer vegetables to air fryer. Turn on 380F 15 min.
  7. Serve.
