Easy Stuffed Shells

Stuffed Shells are an easy meal that will please even the pickiest eater!

Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo shells uncooked
  • 24 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 24 ounces spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. In a 13x9x2 baking dish, spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.
  5. Fill each cooked shell with about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture.
  6. Place filled shells into baking dish.
  7. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce over stuffed shells.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Recipe Notes

Tips: You can substitute ricotta cheese for cottage cheese if your prefer. You can also use Italian seasonings in place of parsley if you like a little more Italian flavor.
