Combine the rest of the ingredients (except 1 cup of chocolate chips) in the bowl and stir until well blended.
Pour mixture into your greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle your remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips on the top of your batter.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center of the bread clean.
Let cool for around 10 minutes before removing from the loaf pan.

You can omit the extra chocolate chips on the top if you want...but they make it so much better! :) Every oven cooks a little differently...cooking times can vary based on your oven!
