Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jelly or jam
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried strawberries finely chopped
  • 2-3 cups Honey Bunches of Oats® Strawberry crushed

Instructions

  1. First sit your cream cheese and butter out to soften. Once they are ready mix the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and strawberry jelly together in your mixer.
  2. Slowly add the powdered sugar and blend until smooth.
  3. Add in the chopped strawberries and blend in well. **You can take the strawberries out of the cereal and chop them up and use them in this recipe to save you from having to buy another ingredient!!**
  4. Now it is important to chill this mixture. I put mine in the freezer for 2 hours, but you could also put it in the fridge for 4 or 5 hours.
  5. Put your cereal into a baggie and crush it will with a rolling-pin.
  6. Once your mixture is chilled you will take a spoonful and roll in around in the crushed cereal to coat well.
