Cut the baby potatoes in half, leaving the skin on.
Take a large zippered plastic baggie and add oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix the oil and spices around in the bag and then add the baby potatoes.
Move the potatoes around in the bag so they are all coated well with the oil and spices.
Dump the potatoes onto a baking pan or sheet pan. Cover the pan with nonstick foil to make clean up quicker.
Bake for 30 minutes or until starting to brown on top and cooked all the way through!
