Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese 8 oz
  • 4 ounce diced jalapenos drained of all extra liquid
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Crackers optional for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the nuts. Mix until well-combined.
  2. Roll cheese mixture into small balls.
  3. Roll each ball in the nuts to cover well.
  4. Place on platter and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  5. Serve with crackers, pretzels, chips as desired.
  6. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in a covered, airtight container.
