These crunchy energy balls only have 3 ingredients and are full of delicious peanut butter, honey and bran!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Post Cereals Raisin Bran cereal keep one cup to the side
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. First take 2 cups of Post Cereals Raisin Bran cereal and place it inside a plastic zippered bag. Use a rolling pin and crush the bran flakes....don't mind the raisins...they will be fine!
  2. Now place the crushed cereal/raisins, peanut butter and honey into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix on medium speed until well blended. Refrigerate this mixture for 30 minutes to an hour to make rolling into balls easier.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 teaspoon each.
  5. Take your last cup of Post Cereals Raisin Bran flakes only and crush those.
  6. Roll each ball around in the crushed flakes to coat and ENJOY!
  7. Store any extra Crunchy Energy Balls covered in the refrigerator.
