3 Ingredient Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad

A quick, easy, no cook side dish that is low carb and full of flavor this 3 Ingredient Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad will have you asking for seconds.

  • 2 cups of sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese balls
  • 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing your choice of flavors


  1. First I like to peel my cucumbers.  This is optional if you prefer to leave the peel on feel free.

  2. Next I slice my cucumbers into slices about 1/4 inch thick or so.
  3. Add cucumbers and fresh mozzarella cheese balls into a bowl.
  4. Pour any flavor of vinaigrette dressing over the cucumbers and mozzarella cheese and stir to coat.

Recipe Notes

Refrigerate any leftovers in a covered container.
