8SlicesNature’s Own Life Double Fiber Wheat Breador other 1 pt per slice dence wheat bread torn into pieces
1largeeggwhisked
3/4cup2% milk
2teaspoonspoultry seasoning
salt & pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
Spray your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray if desired.
In a large skillet cook the sausage until it is fully cooked.
Add in the onion and celery and cook until the vegetables are soft.
Next stir in the bread and stir to coat with the fat from the sausage.
In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage-bread mixture.
Let this soak in for a little bit.
Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.

Divide the baking pan into 12 equal portions. One portion is a serving.
