  • 1 pound turkey sausage ground
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 ribs celery chopped
  • 8 Slices Nature’s Own Life Double Fiber Wheat Bread or other 1 pt per slice dence wheat bread torn into pieces
  • 1 large egg whisked
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • salt & pepper
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray optional


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Spray your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray if desired.
  3. In a large skillet cook the sausage until it is fully cooked.
  4. Add in the onion and celery and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Next stir in the bread and stir to coat with the fat from the sausage.
  6. In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage-bread mixture.
  7. Let this soak in for a little bit.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.

Recipe Notes

This is 3 points per serving if making it into 12 servings in a 9 x 13 baking pan. 3 points on the blue, green and purple myWW plans.
