Weight Watchers fruit salad is the perfect Weight Watchers recipe for a spring day!

Fruit Needed

  • 2 large pears
  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • 2 large plums or persimmons
  • 6 mandarin oranges

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice can increase to 1 cup if needed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds


  1. First wash your fruit.
  2. Next remove peels and cut the fruit up into bite size pieces.
  3. Stir dressing ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Put fruit in a large bowl and pour dressing over the fruit.

Recipe Notes

The honey has 16 myWW Points and if you use a cup of OJ that is another 6 points. So the recipe TOTAL is 22 myWW Points divided by how many servings you end up with. I measured a 1/2 cup per serving! I came up with about 6 cups of fruit salad...so it was 2 Points per 1/2 cup serving.
