12-16ounceschicken breast boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced or shredded
4Tbspchili seasoning mixif using packets you can use 2 packets
2 10ouncecans or diced tomatoes and green chilies
12ouncesfrozen corn
30ouncesgreat northern beans2 15 ounce cans, drained and rinsed
1cupsalsa
3cupsof water
salt and pepper to your taste
Instructions
I like to buy Del Real Foods Shredded Chicken. It is already cooked and shredded and SO quick for soups.
If you are using regular chicken breasts then you can start off by searing them in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Once your chicken is done place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and stir.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Recipe Notes
You can top this with shredded cheese or sour cream if desired, but remember to count the points for it.
This soup has zero points for the blue and purple myWW plans and there are 6 points for the Green plan.
