Ingredients

  • 12-16 ounces chicken breast boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced or shredded
  • 4 Tbsp chili seasoning mix if using packets you can use 2 packets
  • 2 10 ounce cans or diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 12 ounces frozen corn
  • 30 ounces great northern beans 2 15 ounce cans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3 cups of water
  • salt and pepper to your taste

Instructions

  1. I like to buy Del Real Foods Shredded Chicken. It is already cooked and shredded and SO quick for soups.
  2. If you are using regular chicken breasts then you can start off by searing them in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Once your chicken is done place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and stir.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Recipe Notes

You can top this with shredded cheese or sour cream if desired, but remember to count the points for it.

This soup has zero points for the blue and purple myWW plans and there are 6 points for the Green plan.

On the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 0 points per serving.
