Ingredients

  • 8 fillets Gorton's Beer Battered Crispy Fillets
  • 8 Slider Buns
  • Lettuce if desired

Cayenne Ranch Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 16 oz. Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Bake fish fillets according to the package instructions.
  3. While the fish are baking you can make the cayenne ranch sauce.
  4. In a bowl mix the ranch dressing, hot sauce, cayenne pepper and chili powder together until well combined.
  5. Store leftover cayenne ranch sauce in a jar in the refrigerator.
  6. Remove fish from the oven when they are done cooking.
  7. Place one fish fillet on each slider bun. Top with lettuce and cayenne ranch sauce. ENJOY!
