1TbspBalsamic Vinegar or Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
3scallions finely chopped
1Tbspfinely chopped cilantro
1jalapeno finely choppedwithout seeds
1/8tspcrushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
First bake or grill the chicken breasts.
While they are cooking you can chop up the strawberries, jalapeno and scallions.
Combine all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and stir.
As soon as the chicken is done put ¼ of the salsa on top of each breast.

Yields 4 servings. Each serving is 1 myWW point for the Blue and Purple plan and 5 points for the Green.
On the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 1 point per serving.
Serving size is 1 chicken breast and 1/4 of the salsa.
