Weight Watchers Banana Bread

  1. Mix all the dry items in a large bowl until well-combined.

  2. Mix all the wet items in a medium bowl until smooth.

  3. Add the liquid into the dry ingredients and fold it in until just blended
  4. Divide the batter into 4 greased mini loaf pans sized 5 inches by 3 inches.

  5. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chips on top of each mini loaf.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

If you are a Weight Watchers follower this makes 8 servings. Each serving is 1/2 of a mini loaf.

This is 3 myWW points for Blue & Green. It is 2 myWW points for Purple. 

If you leave off the chocolate chips it will be 2 points for Blue & Green and 1 point for Purple.
