Roasted Spicy Edamame

This roasted spicy edamame is simple to make and has a wonderful kick from the flavorful spices. It is easy to make using frozen edamame.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces Frozen Edamame thawed
  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes you can increase this to 1 tsp for more heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Combine spices and olive oil together in a mixing bowl or large zippered baggie.

  3. Add the thawed edamame and stir around to coat in oil and spices.

  4. Spread coated edamame in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and serve warm or cold.

  7. Store any extras in an airtight container.
