This roasted spicy edamame is simple to make and has a wonderful kick from the flavorful spices. It is easy to make using frozen edamame.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine spices and olive oil together in a mixing bowl or large zippered baggie.
Add the thawed edamame and stir around to coat in oil and spices.
Spread coated edamame in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve warm or cold.
Store any extras in an airtight container.
