These Weight Watchers Baked Pork Chops have a delicious Tahitian flavor and are low in Freestyle SmartPoints.
Pour the breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl or plate.
Dip each pork chop in the egg-soy sauce mixture and then dredge in the breadcrumbs mixture to coat evenly.
Place the crumb coated pork chops on the tray and lightly spray the tops with vegetable oil spray.
There are 4 Points per pork chop for Blue and Purple plans and 5 points for the Green myWW plan. This is for a 4-ounce boneless lean pork chop (before cooking). If you pork chop weighs in heavier you will need to adjust for that and add points on.
