Ingredients

  • 1 box Sugar-Free Brownie mix
  • 5.3 oz Plain Greek yogurt
  • 60 small Mini Malted Robin Eggs Whoppers
  • 30 teaspoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • Food Coloring green
  • 30 phyllo mini shells
  • 30 tablespoons Fat-Free Cool whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Mix brownie mix with Greek yogurt
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of brownie mix into the phyllo shells
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Mix the food coloring with the unsweetened coconut to make it green.
  6. After the brownie bites are cooled, spoon a tablespoon of cool whip on top of the brownie.

  7. Sprinkle one teaspoon of coconut on top of the cool whip for grass.

  8. Add 2 Malted eggs to the top, making the nest.
