Ingredients

  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the sweet potatoes very thinly. Use a mandolin slicer, or a very sharp knife to get even slices.

  2. Soak the sweet potato slices in cold water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat dry the slices thoroughly.
  4. Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, cinnamon, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper. Make sure every slice is coated with oil and spices.

  5. Lightly grease the air fry basket with olive oil spay.

  6. In batches, air fry the sweet potatoes at 350F for 10 minutes, giving the basket a good shake every 3 to 4 minutes for even cooking. If it still not crisp, air fry for additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup, mustard or my personal favorite dill dipping sauce.
