These four ingredient Weight Watchers Zucchini Pizza Appetizers are delicious and very quick to make. Low points on all plans.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut zucchini in 1.5 inch slices and place on a baking sheet.
Spoon some pizza sauce on the slices and top with cheese and a slice of turkey pepperoni.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is nice and crispy.
Weight Watchers points: 2 points per serving for blue, green and purple plans.
Divide the slices equally between four plates for serving.
