Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 15 slices Turkey Pepperoni low fat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut zucchini in 1.5 inch slices and place on a baking sheet.

  3. Spoon some pizza sauce on the slices and top with cheese and a slice of turkey pepperoni.

  4. Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is nice and crispy.

Recipe Notes

Weight Watchers points: 2 points per serving for blue, green and purple plans.

Divide the slices equally between four plates for serving.
