Making Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos is easy and they turn out crispy and delicous.
In a large skillet, scramble eggs over medium heat. Add salt and pepper, as desired.
Once eggs are cooked, stir in the diced ham.
Preheat air fryer to 330°F.
Spoon about 1/3 cup of the egg and ham mixture into the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top of eggs and ham. Fold in the sides and roll up into a burrito.
Lightly spray the preheated air fryer basket with olive oil. Place burritos in basket seam side down in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary. Lightly spray burritos with olive oil.
Air fry for 5 minutes and then turn over, lightly spray with olive oil and cook for an additional 2 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
