Homemade Sugar Free Strawberry Lemonade

This easy and delicious homemade sugar free strawberry lemonade will become a favorite summer drink.

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 lemons for 1 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup powdered swerve or other powdered sugar substitute
  • 1 serving liquid stevia more to taste if desired
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 to 5 cups strawberries stems removed and cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemons to remove the fresh lemon juice. One cup of lemon juice is needed.

  2. Cut the strawberries into chunks after removing the stems.

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and foamy.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds or chunks.

  5. Add additional water or sweetener if desired.

Recipe Notes

Weight Watchers points:  one cup is a serving. Zero points per serving for blue, green and purple plans. 

On the current WeightWatchers Program (2023) it is ZERO points per serving.
