HOW TO AVOID OVEREATING DIP
Dip is a type of food that is easy to overeat. I can attest to that, LOL.
It is important to follow some simple “rules” to avoid falling into the snack trap!
If you are attending a party with lots of snacks and dips try to eat some zero-point foods before the party so you aren't overly hungry.
Another important tip is to get a SMALL plate or a special divided plate and put a specific serving amount on the plate. Grab a glass of water and drink the water before you start eating. Do NOT eat straight from the main bowl of dip!
