Smoothies are so popular right now and it is no wonder why! They are DELICIOUS and fun to make.  There are endless ways to customize a smoothie.

What do you need?

large ripe frozen bananas powdered peanut butter  cow's milk

I firmly believe that there is more to nutrition than just counting calories.  We like to make each calorie count at our house. I find that dairy products are a great way to get high quality calories. Dairy foods are packed with nine essential nutrients.  That makes them a powerful, nutritious choice!

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth!  You can always add more frozen banana to make the smoothie thicker.  If you want it a little sweeter just add a little bit of natural sweetener before you blend it up.
