These Weight Watchers Baked Pork Chops will show you that pork is not off-limits with this way of eating.

– Lean Boneless Pork Chops – Soy Sauce – Ground Ginger – Garlic Powder – Egg – Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs – Nonstick Cooking Spray


A 3 ounce boneless, lean, cooked pork chop is only 3 Points. I don't consider that bad at all for the main dish protein. I love the flavor of pork and it is a nice change to chicken!!

Make marinade and then dredge pork chops.


Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the pork chops over. Bake for another 10 minutes.


There are 4 Points per pork chop for Blue and Purple plans and 5 Points for the Green myWW plan. This is for a 4-ounce boneless lean pork chop (before cooking).
