WHY MAKE SHRIMP IN THE AIR FRYER?
There are lots of ways to make shrimp. Why make shrimp in the air fryer anyway?
The main reason for making shrimp in the air fryer is that they are crispy when you get done.
When I bake seasoned shrimp in the oven they do not really crisp up like I want them to unless they are breaded. This lemon pepper shrimp recipe doesn't have breading.
I love the way they turn out when made in the air fryer.
AIR FRYER LEMON PEPPER SHRIMP FOR WEIGHT WATCHERS
This is a healthy recipe for anyone! If you are following the Weight Watchers plan it is AWESOME and very low point.
The recipe is for 12 ounces of shrimp and once they are cooked it never seems like very much, LOL. Divide the shrimp in two and you have 2 servings of shrimp.
Each serving is 1 point on the Blue and Purple plans. A serving is 3 points on the Green plan.

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER LEMON PEPPER SHRIMP
I love how easy this recipe is to make. It only takes minutes to get the shrimp ready to cook in the air fryer.
- Start off by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Next take a medium bowl and combine the olive oil, lemon juice and spices and stir together.
- Put the shrimp into the bowl and stir to coat the shrimp.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and firm.
- These go great served with some lemon slices on the side!

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Add shrimp and toss until coated.
Place shrimp in the air fryer and cook until pink and firm, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
For extra flavor you can pour any extra marinade over the shrimp in the air fryer before cooking. This is optional.
Divide the cooked shrimp into 2 servings and each serving is 1 Point for Blue and Purple plans and is 3 points for the Green plan.
