HOW TO MAKE SUPER EASY BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS

Now that you have gathered all of your ingredients, it is time to make this yummy recipe. Follow the instructions below for the best results!

STEP ONE: PREPARE CHICKEN BREASTS

Grab your electric pressure cooker or instant pot then put in your chicken. Add in the chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and some buffalo sauce.

STEP TWO: COOK BUFFALO CHICKEN MIXTURE

Once that is done, go ahead and start the cooker. Select manual or pressure cooker. Set timer to 12 minutes and be sure that lid is shut tight. When the timer ends, you can just allow the pressure to release normally. Wait for about 5 minutes before a quick release for the remaining pressure inside the pot.

STEP THREE: SHRED THE JUICY BUFFALO CHICKEN

​After that, you are going to drain the water from the pot. Grab two forks and start shredding. You can also use an electric mixer if that is easier for you. Pour in the rest of the buffalo sauce over the shredded chicken.

STEP FOUR: MAKE THE WRAP

Get your soft flour tortilla and add in your favorite things. Start off with the crunchy vegetables. Lay a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, and celery at the center of each tortilla. Next up is the spicy buffalo chicken that was cooked earlier. To finish it off, top with cheddar cheese or whichever you prefer then drizzle with ranch dressing.

STEP FIVE: SERVE DELICIOUS BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning blend
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce divided
  • 1/2 cup fiesta blend cheese shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 2 tomatoes sliced thinly (optional)
  • ¼ cup celery sliced
  • 6 tortillas 8 inches. (if doing WW get low-carb tortillas)
Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts into the pot of an electric pressure cooker. Pour chicken broth and ranch seasoning over the chicken. Directly over the chicken breast, add ½ cup of the buffalo wing sauce.
  2. Place the lid on the electric pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing. Set the pressure cooker to “manual” or “pressure cook” for 12 minutes. When the cook cycle is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes before a quick release of remaining pressure.
  3. Drain most of the liquid from the pot. Shred with two forks (or shortcut by shredding with an electric mixer.)
  4. Stir the remaining buffalo wing sauce into the chicken.
  5. To make the wraps, place a tortilla on a plate. Top with thinly sliced tomato (if desired), a sprinkle of celery, and about ⅓ cup chopped romaine lettuce. Pile the buffalo chicken on the lettuce. Add a sprinkle of cheese and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Fold in the ends of the tortilla and wrap one side tightly over the chicken and vegetables. Roll the rest of the way up.
  6. To serve, slice the wrap in half diagonally.
