PRICES
The price for basic yard greetings is $75 for bookings inside the Wellington, KS city limits. Additional phrases and words can be added for $10. All greetings come with 8 extra coordinating sign graphics, such as balloons, stars, hearts, etc. A deluxe package with 10+ extra sign graphics is an additional $10.
For those who live more than 5 miles outside the city limits of Wellington, KS, there is an additional charge of $25 for time and travel expenses.
I will do bookings in Belle Plaine, Oxford, Conway Springs, South Haven, and Riverdale.

DELIVERY & SET UP
Your greeting will arrive no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of your event/celebration. Pick-up will occur 24 hours later unless another arrangement has been made. We also reserve the right to set up the greeting the evening before your event/celebration.
If the ground is really hard, we ask that you water the area where the sign will go about 30 minutes prior to delivery. I will contact you with a time frame.

PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until payment has been received. Payment can be made via Venmo, or I can email you an invoice if you would like to pay by credit card. Cash and checks are also welcome. Venmo: @sweetlifeyardsigns

RENTAL & RESERVATION POLICIES
When you book a yard greeting with Sweet Life Yard Signs, you agree to these basic policies.
- Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
- You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
- For everyone’s safety, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Our display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them. Please discourage all persons from doing so.Â
- Please treat the lawn display with respect. Do not move the items.
- Please don’t throw lawn display items in the trash or vandalize the signs. These items are our property and business. If you are providing a yard sign to another person, please inform them of the policies. Celebrate moments big and small in style with a yard greeting. - Please protect our display from damage due to lawnmowers, trimmers, dogs, etc.
- Please arrange for lawn care and sprinkler systems not to be done during your display time.
- We encourage you to take pictures with the greeting and share them with us and with others on social media! Please don’t move the signs to take pictures.
- We reserve the right to photograph the display and post the picture on our social media and on the website.
- If you must cancel your booking, you must provide a 48 hour notice to receive a full refund. Less than a 48-hour notice and no refund will be provided.Â
- No refunds will be given due to the client providing the wrong address, the homeowner (person receiving greeting) requesting removal of display, animals that prevent us from setting up, ground conditions preventing sign insertion (i.e., hardness), or any other circumstances that are out of our control.Â
- We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions. We will attempt to reschedule the delivery, or a full refund will be issued, or credit will be given if rescheduling is not an option.
