Low Points Per Cup
This recipe can vary a little bit on size depending on the size of your fruit!! Mine came out to about 8 cups worth of yummy. I thought about making the serving size 1/2 cup and you definitely can—that will take the points down to only 2 points per 1/2 cup.
-fat free cream cheese -sugar-free cheesecake flavored pudding mix -fat-free French vanilla creamer –strawberries--cut into small chunks or slices –blueberries –bananas –Juice of one lemon
