  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spiralize the carrots.
  3. Toss the carrots spirals into a medium size bowl and add in the minced garlic, onion powder and 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese. Add salt & pepper.
  4. Place carrots on a baking pan.  You can spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray if desired.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots are tender and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with Parmesan.
