Ingredients

  • 2 Banana very ripe
  • 2/3 Cup Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Raisins
  • 1/3 Cup Almonds chopped

Instructions

  1. Grind oatmeal in a blender until it is a fine powder.

  2. Mashed the bananas using a fork or a blender.

  3. Add all the bananas to the oats. Mix well.

  4. Add raisins and chopped nuts. Mix well. Form the dough into small balls.

  5. Place the cookies in the air fryer basket in a single layer. I like to put a piece of air fryer parchment paper down to prevent sticking. Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes.
