This Shrimp Zoodles are sure hit at parties and get togethers! Be sure to let the kiddos taste because they are going to love it!
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Add the peeled shrimp and season with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Cook for 1 minute per side.
Add the zucchini noodles and stirring constantly cook for 1 minute.
Add the melted butter, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook for 2 more minutes stirring and tossing constantly.
Remove from fire and serve. Top with more parmesan cheese and parsley.
