WHAT ARE ZOODLES?
Made from zucchini, zoodles are a creative and nutritious take on classic spaghetti. The term is a combination of the words “zucchini” and “noodles.” They are long zucchini strips. Do this by slicing them into thin strands. They imitate noodles or spaghetti using a spiralizer or other similar kitchen tools.
Zoodles are frequently used in salads, stir-fries, and other meals where pasta is called for as a low-carb, gluten-free alternative. They're well-liked by those trying to cut back on carbohydrates or increase their consumption of veggies.
ARE ZOODLES A GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO PASTA?
Zoodles can be an amazing substitute for pasta for a number of reasons. They are good for people on low-carb or keto diets since they provide a reduced-carb choice. The main ingredient in zoodles, zucchini, is also a fantastic source of antioxidants, potassium, and vitamins C and A.
They can also be a terrific option for folks who want to add more greens to their meals to enhance their intake of vegetables because they are gluten-free. Though they're an excellent healthy alternative, some people may like the flavor and texture of ordinary pasta because they have a different taste and texture.
Here are some thoughts for you to consider trying zoodles out:
