  1. Gently fold the refrigerated pie crust into a 9 inch pie pan. Press it against the bottom and sides. Decoratively crimp edges of dough, trimming off any excess. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm.
  2. Preheat oven to 400° F
  3. Whisk the pumpkin and sour cream together in a large bowl until well blended.
  4. Whisk in all remaining ingredients until well blended. Pie mixture into the pie shell.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and then reduce the oven temperature to 350° and continue baking for approximately 40 minutes or until the center of the pie jiggles slightly. Let the pie cool on a wire rack until completely cool.
  6. You can use any excess pie crust to make decorative crust decor on the top of pie. Place these piece on top prior to baking.
