Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Cut the corn tortillas into even-sized triangles using scissors. Transfer them to a large bowl, add the oil, and toss well to evenly coat.
  3. Mix the seasoning blend in a separate small bowl and sprinkle it over the tortillas. Rub it with your hands to coat it on both sides.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the chips to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake it and position the oven rack in the middle of the oven for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway for the most even cooking.
  6. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool down completely. They'll crisp up as they cool. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Weight Watchers Points:  Divide the chips into 4 equal portions. One portion is a serving. One serving is 3 points. This is based on using LOW CARB TORTILLAS!!
